2.2. Social Media Account Information To provide our content generation and posting services, we collect necessary authorization tokens and permissions to connect with your designated social media accounts. This includes:

  • Twitter (X): Access Tokens and Refresh Tokens that allow us to read user profiles, post tweets, and manage your account as authorized by you. We do not collect your Twitter (X) password.
  • Facebook/Instagram: Page Access Tokens that allow us to manage and publish content to your connected Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts. We do not collect your Facebook/Instagram password.
  • Permissions: We request specific permissions (e.g., “read and write posts,” “manage pages,” “manage ads”) based on the functionality you enable. You can review and revoke these permissions at any time through your respective social media platform’s security settings.

2.3. Information Collected Automatically When you access and use our Service, we automatically collect certain information:

  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Service, such as the features you use, the pages you visit, the time spent on the Service, the frequency of your activities, and actions taken (e.g., content generated, posts scheduled, reports viewed).

5.4. “Do Not Track” Policy: Some web browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature. As there is no common industry standard for DNT signals, SerpAce does not currently respond to browser DNT signals.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to, encryption, access controls, and secure server environments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
